General Terms

By accessing this website and purchasing tickets or sponsorships for Industry Government Engagement (IGE) Day, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

This website is operated by the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Fort Worth Post (“SAME Fort Worth Post,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a nonprofit professional organization dedicated to supporting national security, public infrastructure, and community development, including scholarship programs.

Industry Government Engagement (IGE) Day is a professional event hosted by SAME Fort Worth Post to facilitate connections between industry and government representatives.

This website is used solely for the sale of event registrations (tickets) and sponsorships related to IGE Day. No physical goods are sold.

Nature of Purchases (Contributions)

All payments made through this website are considered event participation fees and/or sponsorship contributions supporting SAME Fort Worth Post programming, including scholarships and community initiatives.

Because proceeds support nonprofit activities:

Purchases are final
Payments may be treated as contributions to a nonprofit organization
Any applicable tax treatment is the responsibility of the purchaser

NO REFUNDS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Inability to attend the event
Scheduling conflicts
Travel issues
Weather conditions
Changes in speakers, agenda, or programming

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another individual by contacting us in advance of the event. Approval of transfers is at our sole discretion.

Event Modifications

SAME Fort Worth Post reserves the right to:

Modify event details, including schedule, speakers, and venue
Reschedule the event if necessary
Cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control

In the event of a cancellation (not postponement), SAME Fort Worth Post may determine, at its sole discretion, whether to issue credits, transfers, or other accommodations. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Payment Terms

By providing payment information, you authorize SAME Fort Worth Post to charge the full amount associated with your purchase.

You agree to:

Provide accurate billing information
Pay all applicable fees at the time of purchase
Be responsible for any third-party transaction fees

Use of Website

You agree not to:

Misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with website functionality
Use the website for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
