When you register to attend the SAME Fort Worth Post’s Industry Government Engagement with the USACE Fort Worth District, you’re not just attending a conference — you’re positioning yourself for direct engagement with District decision-makers.

One-on-one meeting sign-ups will be completed online, beginning March 30. Access will be released in phases:

Sponsors: March 30 – April 1
Small Business: April 1 – April 3
Large Business: April 6 – April 8

All appointments are first-come, first-served within each group. No early access or advance reservations will be permitted.

Those who secure a time slot will attend their scheduled meeting on Day 3 at the Fort Worth District Federal Building.
